To join our dynamic international team, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (m/f/d) for the role of Team Lead. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in leadership, innovation, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Main responsibilities
- Lead and support new tech solutions, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
- Drive the creation of customized, efficient solutions that significantly enhance digital performance
- Leverage the latest technological advancements to improve our clients' digital experiences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to integrate and optimize digital solutions effectively
- Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Technical expertise
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Expertise in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good to have: Familiarity with ML/AI libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
Experience:
- Minimum of +8 years of professional software development experience
- Proven track record of leading and delivering technical projects
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with Marketing Technologies is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects
- Ability to mentor and guide developers
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
