Team Lead Software Engineering (m/f/d)

To join our dynamic international team, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (m/f/d) for the role of Team Lead. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in leadership, innovation, and delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and support new tech solutions, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
• Drive the creation of customized, efficient solutions that significantly enhance digital performance
• Leverage the latest technological advancements to improve our clients' digital experiences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to integrate and optimize digital solutions effectively
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Technical expertise

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good to have: Familiarity with ML/AI libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)

Experience:

• Minimum of +8 years of professional software development experience
• Proven track record of leading and delivering technical projects
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with Marketing Technologies is a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects
• Ability to mentor and guide developers
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
