With over 2000 items and a 5-digit order volume per month, Fuxtec is one of the strongest German brands in the DIY and garden equipment sector. The Fuxtec online shop is managed holistically and over the long term by Digital Loop. Within a very short time (4 months) we implemented the implementation from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6 . The requirements package included extensive design adjustments, performance optimizations, internationalization (DE, FR, IT), a website search and much more in the field of web app development.

In addition, we implemented the ERP connection to an external company while the PIMs were carried out by Shopware. Thanks to our 24-hour support , we have been able to significantly improve the uptime of the shop. The conversion rate has also improved significantly since our support. Our team of experts uses a customer-centric approach for the proposed optimizations. Fuxtec has a direct contact person for all questions and can therefore quickly and agilely develop new functions and quickly fix errors.
