Our cross-functional team was contacted by DISH Digital Solutions to develop solution ideas and execution plans in the following areas, among others: From marketing and relaunch activities to solution architecture building and product development .
DISH was founded in 2015 as a subsidiary of METRO AG to develop digital solutions that contribute to the success of hotels, restaurants and caterers. Under the DISH brand, HD offers competitive solutions to some of the industry's toughest challenges. More than 220,000 restaurateurs in 16 countries are already using digital solutions from DISH Digital Solutions to improve the performance of their business.
Working with internal HD teams and external consultants, we provided our client with excellent services, taking on the planning and implementation of multiple projects and rolling them out in multiple countries. Our activities included UX/UI design, solution architecture, tech scouting, DevOps, product management, software development, analytics and tracking, as well as marketing support.
We were involved in the implementation and launch of 5 DISH products, managed the first steps in marketing and growth, and were able to reach a five-digit number of business customers (B2B) and a low six-digit number of end customers (B2B2C) in 15 countries.
