In July 2021, the founders of Meisterklasse contacted us and explained their biggest challenges in the areas of product development, product strategy and feature development. We prepared a technical audit and aligned the next steps of product development with business goals.
Our first step after taking on the project was to create a list of priority bugs that needed fixing. Within a month, all existing features and orders were working as expected again. From there we started a discovery phase together with the customer care team, in which we determined the next strategic steps for a growth-oriented product development. At the same time, we switched to a stable and flexible setup for the system architecture , allowing the master class team to do more tasks independently and without technical support.
In addition, we are launching course packages and subscription models to ensure end customers' needs are met.
In 2022, Meisterklasse will offer 12 courses, with 5 more to follow in the near future. Some of the courses are also available in English. Since we took over the project, a five-digit sum of courses has been sold. This means that we have reached the previous total number of sales in just one year. We also supported our client in their crowdfunding campaign, which brought in an investment of around €500,000 from over 300 investors.
