To join our dynamic international team, we are currently seeking a German-based seasoned Senior People Manager (m/f/d) who shares our passion for innovation and excellence. 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and reinforce company culture by developing policies, programs, and practices that foster both high performance and employee engagement
  • Shape and maintain a positive workplace culture, ensuring employees well-being 
  • Develop effective employee retention programs to ensure talent retention 
  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify and onboard top talent 
  • Design, implement and oversee the on and off-boarding process
  • Establish and Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions 
  • Provide strategic support to senior leadership on people strategy and communication initiatives. 
  • Facilitate and enhance cross-functional communication channels. 
  • Establish training and career development initiatives, along with programs to promote continuous learning.

Your Qualifications:

  • German-based
  • Good English knowledge a must, German language desirable
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in human resources or people management roles, preferably in the tech industry and with multinational teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the tech industry
  • Ability to navigate and manage change effectively
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and understanding of people
  • Experience in handling complex employee relations issues
  • Skilled in implementing and managing people systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges
