To join our dynamic international team, we are currently seeking a German-based seasoned Senior People Manager (m/f/d) who shares our passion for innovation and excellence.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and reinforce company culture by developing policies, programs, and practices that foster both high performance and employee engagement
- Shape and maintain a positive workplace culture, ensuring employees well-being
- Develop effective employee retention programs to ensure talent retention
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify and onboard top talent
- Design, implement and oversee the on and off-boarding process
- Establish and Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Provide strategic support to senior leadership on people strategy and communication initiatives.
- Facilitate and enhance cross-functional communication channels.
- Establish training and career development initiatives, along with programs to promote continuous learning.
Your Qualifications:
- German-based
- Good English knowledge a must, German language desirable
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in human resources or people management roles, preferably in the tech industry and with multinational teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the tech industry
- Ability to navigate and manage change effectively
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and understanding of people
- Experience in handling complex employee relations issues
- Skilled in implementing and managing people systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges
